REGRET NOTHING
The highest grossing worldwide featured film adapted from a YA novel is, unsurprisingly, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 (2011) with $1,341,932,397, the only YA film to reach the billion mark. This was also the highest grossing movie of the year overall.
