THE 100 Rises From the Ashes in New Poster

Check out a new fiery poster for season 4 of THE 100!

The fourth season of The 100 premieres on The CW in just over a week, with a new opponent for Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and the Delinquents: Mother Nature. In the season premiere, titled “Echoes,” Clarke and her friends struggle with the past and try to find a way to save the future.

From all of the promotional material so far, it looks like this will be the most intense season yet, and this new poster only adds to that intensity. In this poster we see all of our characters looking out onto the burning Ark, along with this season’s tagline, ‘from the ashes, we will rise.’ This poster is visually similar to last season’s poster, which had Clarke looking out over Polis, however this one is much more dramatic. Check it out below:

Showrunner, Jason Rothenberg, recently discussed Clarke’s relationship with Lexa (Alycia Debnam Carey), saying that she was the love of Clarke’s life, but that Clarke, “is only 18 years old. We move on, we figure out a way to compartmentalize, and you try and you don’t forget. The person should never forget.” As for the moving on part, he also said that, “she will eventually do that, but I’m not gonna say whether or not it will happen this season.”

The 100 returns to The CW with “Echoes” on February 1st at 9|8c.
