2016 Book-to-Movie Year in Review

This year’s Book-to-Movie Year in Review, we look back at an alien invasion, the third movie in a highly stylized franchise, the relationship between a young girl and her giant friend, two people taking death-defying dares, and a group of kids in a constant time loop.

It’s been a crazy year, but for the Young Adult genre in Hollywood, this probably wasn’t one of the strongest years. Still, we always have hope for better in the coming new year. But before we do that, let’s look back on some of those movies released this year that you may have endured or enjoyed.
