ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Featurettes Focus On Hope’s Legacy, Teaming Up

Find out how ANT-MAN AND THE WASP form the perfect heroic duo!

Audiences learned all about Scott Lang aka Ant-Man, portrayed by Paul Rudd, in the 2015 movie Ant-Man. While he’s finally back in action for the sequel, two new featurettes are putting a little more focus on his new partner-in-superherodom, Evangeline Lily‘s Hope Van Dyne aka The Wasp!

Our first featurette (featured at the top of the post) talks about The Wasp’s history in the Marvel comics– noting that she’s on the cover of the very first Avengers issue– and bringing her to the big screen in all her superhero glory. It also dives into why Hope’s story is a family story and how that will take shape this time.

The second video shows off Hope’s “intense,” “kinetic” fighting style and her hilarious partnership with Scott as they work together to take down Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen).

Ant-Man and The Wasp hits theaters on July 6, 2018.
