Plot: After the disappearance of her scientist father, Meg, her brother, and her friend are sent to space by three peculiar beings in order to find him.
Our thoughts: We first saw the concept art before the trailer and were amazed at how beautiful everything looked. Then the trailer came out and we were even more amazed at how it looked. Everything about Meg’s journey looks magical and scary and perplexing all at the same time. And when you have Oprah, Reese, and Mindy playing the three magical beings, you have to know you’re in for a treat. However, we’re really looking forward to seeing Storm Reid take on the lead role! The book has been around forever, and it’s about time they create something worthy of it.
