Aquaman finds a close companion in actor Ludi Lin!

When Aquaman hits theaters next year, he’ll be getting a little help from Atlantis’ army, known as the Men-Of-War!

Ludi Lin, who recently starred as the Black Ranger in Lionsgate’s new Power Rangers movie, has signed on to play Murk, the leader of the Men-Of-War and a trusted ally of The King Of The Seven Seas.

Lin shared his enthusiasm on Twitter, hinting that he was a fan of the comic world before getting involved in the film.

Lin has also had roles in Marco Polo and Monster Hunt, one of the most successful Chinese movies ever made.

Though Aquaman spends plenty of time above the water, casting like this indicates that the movie will still feature plenty of action occurring within the depths of Atlantis as well.
