The first poster for AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR shows determination and some makeovers!

Marvel didn’t drop a trailer for Avengers: Infinity War during San Diego Comic-Con like everyone hoped they would, but the convention still featured a new bit of advertising that fans can ooooh and aaaah at!

The film released a massive poster featuring nearly the full cast. Thanos (Josh Brolin) stands in the center with the Infinity Gauntlet on, the various Infinity Stones casting their particular colors on different sets of characters. We see The Avengers line-up, including a long-haired, bearded Captain America (Chris Evans) and a blonde Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), the Guardians of the Galaxy crew in action, as well as solo heroes like Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), and Spider-Man (Tom Holland). Even with several characters featured on the poster, we’re guessing Marvel still has a few surprises up its sleeve. In particular, we’re wondering about whether or not we’ll seeing Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) in action for the first time. We also know that the team will fight The Black Order, Thanos’ gang of goons hellbent on taking over the universe.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
