The second AGENT CARTER promo shows Peggy soaking up the California lifestyle!
The move from New York to California certainly seems to be suiting Peggy in the second Agent Carter promo!
The character is sassier than ever in her new setting. As you watch, she’s taking down the baddies, wielding a shotgun, putting on her best American accent and proudly stating that “California is going to hell in a handbasket”, all with her lovely companion Jarvis in tow!
Now who is the person in the ice? Is it Bucky Barnes aka the Winter Soldier? Or could it be someone else all together, throwing a totally new element into the story as the search for Steve Rogers continues? Surely, this icy mystery will be the only cold element in the new setting.
We also love that the promo took a few seconds in the beginning to remind us that, while The Avengers and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. deserve their due, Agent Carter is the smart, ass-kicking reason for the existence of both!
Agent Carter premieres January 5, 2015 on ABC.

Marvel’s Agent Carter returns for a second season of adventure and intrigue, starring Hayley Atwell in the titular role of the unstoppable agent for the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve). Dedicated to the fight against new Atomic Age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet.
