Of course, Captain America and Iron Man are really splitting sides thanks to the proposed Superhuman Registration Act, which would require all super-powered beings to register and unmask themselves to the US government. In the comics, openly heroic Tony Stark is all for the bill while quietly dignified Cap is totally against it.
