CAPTAIN MARVEL takes flight with new trailer!
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is flying in a new superhero next spring and she’s taking you for a spin through the galaxy in the first Captain Marvel trailer.
Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) is also known as Carol Danvers, a US Air Force pilot turned superhero after surviving a crash with the help of alien– specifically, Kree– DNA.
In the trailer, it seems that Carol doesn’t quite know that she’s even human when she encounters a young Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), but all the same, she’s ready to save the day with alien villains the Skrulls come to town.
Watch as the superhero gets 90s nostalgic with Blockbuster Video, fires up her powers, and… punches old ladies?! Don’t worry, that old woman is definitely a Skrull in disguise (we hope.)
We also get glimpses of Carol’s Kree mentor, Mar-Vell (Jude Law) and a young Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg).

Captain Marvel hits theaters on March 8, 2018.
