Clary and Jace get close on the cover of THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: The Graphic Novel, Volume 2!

If you love The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, there’s another way to enjoy the story all over again: Clare and artists Cassandra Jean have teamed up for The Mortal Instruments graphic novel series!

Volume 1 of the series hit shelves last November and now, Cassandra Clare recently shared the stellar cover for Volume 2 on her Tumblr! It features Clary and Jace in a crisscrossed embrace, Clary reaching her stele up as Jace holds a cloth of some sort low in his hands. Rune and other symbols dance all around the design.

On top of gorgeous artwork, the graphic novel series features never-before-scenes that didn’t make it into the books.
