Cassandra Clare Confirms THE WICKED POWERS Protagonists

At BookCon 2017, Shadowhunter Chronicles author Cassandra Clare revealed who THE WICKED POWERS protagonists will be.

If you were able to go to BookCon this past weekend and were doubly able to attend the Cassandra Clare panel, then you probably already know about this, but now we have the video that shows Cassandra Clare revealing who The Wicked Powers protagonists are going to be. ***Warning: Spoilers ahead!*** 

You may already know that there will be another Shadowhunters series that will take place chronologically after The Dark Artifices series. The 3-book series is planned to be the fifth and final series of the Shadowhunter Chronicles, which is to take place about 3 or 4 years after The Dark Artifices, or around the year 2015.

There was speculation as to who would be the main protagonists of the series, and Cassandra revealed that information during her panel, which you can watch below:

So, there you have it! The main protagonists will be Kit (Jonathan Christopher) Herondale, Tiberius “Ty” Blackthorn, and Drusilla “Dru” Blackthorn. Obviously, this means that those three characters will be alive through Queen of Air and Darkness, the final book of The Dark Artifices trilogy.

Though The Wicked Powers is the final series as far as chronologically, there are a couple of other series already in the works – The Last Hours trilogy (a sequel to The Infernal Devices) and The Eldest Curses (an adult series centering on Magnus Bane) trilogy. So, plan for a lot of reading before we get to TWP.
