Wes Chatham’s Castor is showing off his filming skills and poofy faux-hawk in the latest character still from THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1! As part as Cressida’s film team, Castor is responsible for spreading news of the war and District 13’s messages across Panem.
