The costume designers from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and HBO’s Game of Thrones are ones that absolutely deserve to be nominated for their work along with the rest of the notable nominees.

Here’re the categories they were nominated in:

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire – Trish Summerville
Oz: The Great and Powerful – Gary Jones, Michael Kutsche
Boardwalk Empire – John Dunn, Lisa Padovani
The Borgias– Gabriella Pescucci
Downton Abbey – Caroline McCall

The 16th Annual CDG Awards will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, CA on February 22, 2014.  Good luck to all the nominees!
