We’re just three days away from the return of Doctor Who! BBC One is preparing fans for the big return episode, ‘The Magician’s Apprentice’, by releasing 20 new stills from the episode! They give us some idea what’s happening in the episode, but they aren’t giving away the whole story quite yet.
Take a look as Clara and Missy square off, a potential gun fight pops up, baddies look intimidating, and The Doctor apparently tries to kick some ass in a battle arena with only the power of rock n’ roll!
Episode Synopsis:
“Where is the Doctor? When the skies of Earth are frozen by a mysterious alien force, Clara needs her friend. But where is the Doctor, and what is he hiding from? As past deeds come back to haunt him, old enemies will come face-to-face, and for the Doctor and Clara survival seems impossible…”
Doctor Who Season 9 premieres this Saturday, September 19, 2015. The premiere episode is prt one of a two-part event and will be followed the next week by its conclusion, ‘The Witch’s Familiar’.
