It turns out that Chris Pratt is a real life superhero!
Pratt, dressed in his full Star-Lord get-up, made a visit to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where he screened GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY for families in the hospital, signed autographs, and brought toys to the children.

The event was coordinated by Marvel and Children’s Miracle Network, though Pratt recently admitted in an interview that he’d stolen Star-Lord’s wardrobe specifically for this purpose:
