Marvel Studios releases CIVIL WAR deleted scene and Winter Soldier featurette.

With the film’s home release this September, Marvel Studios has decided to release some extras, including a Captain America: Civil War deleted scene and a Winter Soldier featurette. The deleted scene features Bucky Barnes throwing his friend’s shield and then quipping that he should get one, too. The featurette has some extra scenes and commentary on the movie.

The movie will be on digital HD, Digital 3D, and Disney Movies anywhere on September 2nd. It will also be on Blu-Ray 3D, Blu-Ray, DVD, and On-Demand September 13th.

Captain America: Civil War follows the aftermath of a botched Avengers operation. To control them, the government pressures the team to sign an agreement to limit their work. This fractures Avengers and especially separates Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.), turning a disagreement into a potential war.

Captain America: Civil War is directed by Emmy Award-winning directors Anthony and Joe Russo. Kevin Feige is the producer of the film, with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Nate Moore and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.
