Colton Haynes is returning to the CW series ARROW for a midseason arc.

Entertainment Weekly reports Colton Haynes will reprise his role as Arsenal this season on Arrow. According to a statement from executive producers Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle, Roy Harper, who left the series in season 3, is called back to Star City to help with an “urgent matter”.

Roy’s visit reportedly “sparks a change” in both he and Thea Queen’s lives that will have “long-lasting consequences”. Roy’s appearance is expected to be short and will begin in the 15th episode.

Arrow returns on the CW January 18th at 9PM.
