Patricia Arquette to play hippie-type mom
Emmy and Oscar-award winning actress Patricia Arquette (Boyhood), who currently stars in CSI: Cyber, is reportedly in talks to lend her voice for one of the characters in the fourth installment of the Toy Story movie franchise.
Toy Story 4, being written by actress/writer Rashida Jones and Will McCormack, will focus on the Woody and Bo Peep’s relationship. In it, Woody and his best friend Buzz Lightyear, go on a journey to find their missing fellow toy and the romantic interest of Woody, Bo Peep.
Word is that Arquette will actually be playing a hippie-type mom, not a toy. She won her Academy Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for the movie Boyhood. She also won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for the show Medium.
Toy Story 4 is scheduled to hit theaters June 15, 2018.
