The CW has released their midseason schedule and premiere dates!
The CW has set its midseason schedule and premiere dates, which features moves from long-running hit Supernatural and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, as well as the return of favourites The 100, iZombie, Reign, and The Originals and the series premiere of Archie Comics based show, Riverdale.
Supernatural will now be in the 8pm time slot on Thursday nights starting in January, acting as a launch pad for Riverdale. Legend’s of Tomorrow will now be on at 9pm on Tuesdays, following The Flash. Legends of Tomorrow will be replacing No Tomorrow, which will not be getting a back order, and will finish its first season after 13 episodes.
The 100 will be back in its regular time of 9pm on Wednesdays starting February first, replacing Frequency, which will also not be getting a back order. iZombie will be premiering in April, and will take over Legend of Tomorrow’s time slot after it finishes its 17 episode season.
The Vampire Diaries, which will wrap-up its last season in February, will be replaced in its Friday 8pm time slot by its spin-off, The Originals. Reign will take up the time slot following the TVD shows, at 9pm on Fridays.
