Though it has yet to be confirmed, Nikke Finke is reporting the possible schedule for DC Comics movies begins next month at Comic-Con with new reveals on BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE! Though the dates may change, here’s the rumored releases coming from DC Comics in the next four years:
May 2016 – Batman v Superman
July 2016 – Shazam
Xmas 2016 – Sandman
May 2017 – Justice League
July 2017 – Wonder Woman
Xmas 2017 – Flash and Green Lantern team-up
May 2018 – Man Of Steel 2
The reporter says that the delay of DAWN OF JUSTICE was not because of filming issues or actors scheduling, but because they wanted to keep the release date closer to the JUSTICE LEAGUE film and feature as many character cameos as possible.
Finke is also reporting that Ryan Reynolds will not be back to play Green Lantern when the character is reintroduced.
