Tala Ashe joins DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 as a series regular. She will play Zari, a Muslim-American superhero from the year 2030 who is considered a “grey hat hacktivist”.
In the future, technology has brought incredible change, however human nature as not progressed at the same pace. Fear, prejudice and a lack of care for the planet force Zari to become what she is. She lives a double life without realizing she has latent powers derived from a ancient, mystical source.
Ashe’s other credits include American Odyssey, Smash, and Law & Order.
