Pottermore surprised Harry Potter fans this morning with a new quiz. Sure, you know your Hogwarts and Ilvermorny houses, but now you can discover your magical patronus!
In the series, patronuses are literal spirit animals that represent the witch or wizard’s soul. The magical entity also helps them fight off the dark, soul-sucking Dementors in the magical world.
The new quiz has several potential patronus outcomes including some magical creatures, though according to J.K. Rowling, the magical options are very rare.
