The knife attack on Edward during Dauntless training is perhaps the most infamous moment in the DIVERGENT novel, but it never made it into the movie. The scene was filmed, but later cut from the film (probably to ensure the PG-13 rating).
Now, the deleted scene is online for all to see! Be warned that it’s not for the particularly faint of heart!

We really wish this scene had been included in the film because it contains a lot of important character development for Peter, who plays quite the interesting role in the rest of the series!
