DOCTOR STRANGE Travels The Multiverse In Psychedelic New Footage

DOCTOR STRANGE reveals more of its trippy new look in new featurette!

New footage from Marvel’s upcoming Doctor Strange movie is giving us fresh glimpses at the title character’s journey and explains why everything is better in IMAX!

With commentary from Marvel producer Kevin Feige, the featurette focuses in on a sequence in which Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) flies through the multiverse at the behest of The Ancient One (Tilda Swinton). The shots were directly inspired by Steve Ditko’s funky comic panels that shaped the look and feel of Stephen Strange’s eccentric world.

Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4, 2016.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.
