New previews for the Doctor Who Season 9 finale show The Doctor back on Gallifrey on a mission to find the forces behind his recent trials, but it’s never that simple. The President of Gallifrey is trying to hunt down and destroy The Doctor before he can cause any trouble for the High Time Lord Council. Take a look!
We’re also seeing another appearance from “Me”, who may or may not be a special hybrid, depending on which fan theories you want to believe.

‘Hell Bent’ airs tomorrow, December 5th, on BBC and BBC America. Despite being the season finale, that won’t be the last we see of The Doctor this year. A Doctor Who special featuring Alex Kingston as River Song will hit the screen on Christmas Day.
