Dolphin Films Nabs Rights to JENNA FOX CHRONICLES

Mary E. Pearson’s THE ADORATION OF JENNA FOX is headed for an adaptation!

YA mystery thriller series The Jenna Fox Chronicles has been optioned by Dolphin Films!

The studio is already working on the adaptation of the first book in the series, The Adoration of Jenna Fox, which follows a teen who wakes for a coma with no memory and a deep-seated suspicion that there’s more to her accident then she knows. Jenna must unravel the mystery behind it all, but is the truth too much to bare?

The film will be produced by Dolphin Films CEO Bill O’Dowd and Julia Pistor (A Series of Unfortunate Events, The Spiderwick Chronicles) based on a screenplay written by Garry Williams.

They’ve also secured the rights to sequels The Fox Inheritance and Fox Forever, but their production will likely be contingent on the success of the first film.

Previous Dolphin Films productions include Max Steel, Zoey 101, and Justin Bieber’s Believe.
