Actor Dominic Monaghan has joined the highly-anticipated Episode IX in a mystery role. The actor has previously worked with director J.J. Abrams (Lost) and expressed interest in entering the Star Wars universe with Abrams as well!
About the project, Monaghan said: “The galaxy far far away has had almost as much influence as the one I live in, so I am delighted to be involved.”
He’s no stranger to big franchises such as Star Wars – Monaghan is known for his work in the The Lord of the Rings.
