It has been confirmed that Eleven will be returning to season 2 of Netflix’s STRANGER THINGS.
With the ominous end of the last season, the fate of Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown, was uncertain. But good news! As confirmed by TVline, our favorite character will be returning for season 2 of Stranger Things, and may even be a series regular on the popular Netflix series.
Along with Brown, Season 1 actors Joe Kerry, who played Steve Harrington, and Noah Schnapp, who took on the role of the missing Will Byers, will also be back for Season 2. Joining them are two new additions: Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery. Sink will play a suspicious tomboy named Max, and her older, confident and flirtatious brother will be played by Montgomery.
The 9 episode season set in 1984 is coming to Netflix in 2017, from series writers/creators Matt and Ross Duffer. The season will be produced by 21 Laps for Netflix, and executive producers Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen will be returning to join the Duffer brothers.
Stranger Things is the story of a boy gone missing in a usually sleepy town in Indiana. The case leads the police, friends, and family to uncover terrifying supernatural truths and government experiments, along with a very strange little girl.
Stranger Things is a Netflix original series, and Season 2 is set to come out in 2017.
