Luckily, there’s no lack of baddies for comic-book heroes, because the CW’s Arrow seems to be running through villains fairly swiftly. Now, we’ll get to see a Falling Skies alum Ryan Robbins take on one of those villainous roles.
Robbins will play Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire who will be an adversary for Oliver (Stephen Amell) in the flashback sequences. The show’s flashback arc will also see the titular hero take on Jimmy Akingbola’s Baron Reiter (aka Baron Blitzkrieg in DC Comics Canon), who is the leader of Shadowspire.
We’ll first see him in the third episode of the upcoming season 4 of Arrow, which is scheduled to air on October 21, 2015.
Aside from Falling Skies, Robbins has been in Syfy’s Sanctuary and Ascension and Netflix’s The Killing. You’ll be able to catch him in the upcoming fantasy movie based on a video game, Warcraft, and a sci-fi/thriller titled Spectral, which are both scheduled for 2016.
