In the heartbreaking midseason finale, Once Upon a Time fans not only saw the emotional death of Captain Hook, but also Emma’s decision to go to the Underworld to retrieve her true love, setting up for the second half of season 5. The Hollywood Reporter got a sneak peek of the new season with the new promo picture of Hook.
Hook may look as handsome ever, but he’s definitely not going to be the same Hook that we’ve seen in Storybrooke. So, while creators Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz say that Hook hasn’t changed physically, Horowitz says that “he’s gone through a lot…” and that “no one’s the same” from the events of the midseason finale.
Once Upon a Time returns to ABC on March 6 at 8/7c.
