We here at TheFandom.net strive to be a little different every once in a while, and have fun while doing it! So, we’ve decided to have a new tournament to commemorate the day that the nation celebrates love – Valentine’s Day.
Welcome to our first ever Tournament of Crossover Couples!
In this tournament, we’ve pulled 2 characters from 16 different book series/trilogies. Most of them are already established couples, such as Tris and Four from the Divergent trilogy. But for those in an established love triangle only 2 of the 3 were randomly picked, regardless of gender, such as Dmitri and Adrian from the Vampire Academy series (leaving Rose Hathaway to participate in the following year’s tournament).
We then randomly paired off characters from different books. Yes, that’s right! A crossover couple! With such randomness, not all couples will be male and female couples, but it’s you who gets to choose which couple gets to be chosen as the Best Crossover Couple of 2014!
Round 1 will split into 2 lightning rounds: Part 1 will start at 12:00am EST on Saturday, February 1st, and will end at 12:00am EST on Sunday, February 2nd. Part 2 will start at 12:00am EST on Monday, February 3rd and end at 12:00am EST on Tuesday, February 4th.
