Ezra Miller’s version of The Flash takes his place next to fellow Justice League members.
In a recent article, Entertainment Weekly released a photo of The Flash standing alongside Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). This is the first time we have seen The Flash together with his fellow Justice League members as DC and Warner Brothers slowly piece together their team of superheroes for the much-anticipated Justice League movie. Director of Justice League, Zack Snyder (Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice) revealed he is “super happy with the chemistry of my league of justice doers,” as the DC cinematic universe unfolds.
The first major reference of The Flash in DC’s cinematic universe comes during Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in Lex Luther’s video files, where he is captured on camera preventing a robbery at convenience store. These files also introduce fellow Justice League members Aquaman (Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa) and Cyborg who is slated for his own movie spin-off sometime in 2020. However, we are expected to see The Flash get his own movie sooner than that with a 2018 feature already scheduled.
Justice League will be released November 17th, 2017. Until then check out the Justice League trailer from Comic-Con if you somehow haven’t done so already.
