Ashley Rickards will play the newest villain The Top on THE FLASH!

The Top joins the long list of rogues that will be appearing in season 3 of The Flash.

Ashley Rickards, who is the star of American comedy Awkward, will play the role of Rosalind Dillon, a.k.a The Top, on the show.

The Top, who was originally portrayed as male in the comics, has the ability to make heads spin. She will appear in episode four of season 3, which is to be an origin story for Mirror Master. The episode will also welcome the return of Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), who was a DC Legends of Tomorrow regular for the first season.

Executive producers Aaron and Todd Helbing gave a little insight on the eventful episode.

“It’s kind of the origin of Mirror Master…We’re really excited,” Aaron said. “It’s the origin story of him,” Todd added. “But it’s this struggle between Mirror Master and Captain Cold and you get to see who comes out on top.”

Season 3 of The Flash premieres on Tuesday, October 4th at 8 pm on The CW.
