THE FLASH and SUPERGIRL team up for a musical crossover to highlight the two shows’ talented cast!

The Flash and Supergirl will reunite in a special musical crossover later this season. This two-night event will feature a lesser known villain that is perfect for this theme. The showrunners have chosen Music Meister, who first appeared in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Originally voiced by Neil Patrick Harris, Music Meister can hypnotize people with his voice. Since Music Meister can make people sing and dance we will see our favorite characters’ other talents.

Music Meister will be played by Darren Criss, who is no stranger to musicals or the cast. Both Melissa Benoist (Supergirl/Kara Danvers) and Grant Gustin (The Flash/Barry Allen) know Darren Criss from their time on Glee.

The crossover has started filming. The cast has posted several pictures on instagram while on set together. It seems like everyone is having a great time!

The musical event begins airing on Monday, March 20th.
