Fly to Gotham or Metropolis in these new BATMAN V SUPERMAN tie-in ads!
When it comes to movie marketing campaigns, sometimes a good in-world tie-in is tons of fun. The marketing technique has become quite popular in recent years– The Hunger Games franchise in particular really pushed this angle– and now, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is joining the fold with travel ads for Gotham and Metropolis via Turkish Airlines!
First, watch as Bruce Wayne, the friendly CEO of Wayne Enterprises, hypes up his hometown of Gotham. The video shows the ever-growing city’s nightlife, art, and urban majesty, even touching upon its mystery Caped Crusader. We also see a big ol’ sign for ACE Chemicals, a prime reference to The Joker and Harley Quinn’s origin story!

Next, watch as tech entrepreneur Lex Luthor introduces the glistening city of Metropolis, where another super being flies around the monuments and modern architecture, including the revolutionary LexCorp.

We don’t knw that we’re any more inclined to fly via Turkish Airlines, but Gotham and Metropolis are certainly cities we’d like to visit!
