A new Funko Pop! Groot figure from GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 has been revealed and you’ll want it more than Rocket.

Warning: If you haven’t seen Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, this is a *mild spoiler* involved regarding an end credits scene, but it won’t affect the story of the movie at all. Let’s just say that if you are a collector of Funko items and a big fan of the Guardians of the Galaxy films, then you’ll probably want this latest Funko POP! Groot figure.

If you recall during one of the mid/end-credits of the movie, we get a first look at Teenage Groot. Yep, we see Peter Quill entering a room that is covered with vines all over the floor, the walls, and pretty much everywhere vines can grow. Clearly, the Star-Lord is unhappy about the state of the room, and view pans out to Groot, much older than his baby years, and with much more attitude. He basically ignores Peter who is voicing out his frustration, while playing on an electronic device. It’s quite an amusing scene, and as much as I love Baby Groot, I would love to see Teenage Groot in Vol. 3.

The latest Funko POP! Groot figure is currently available for pre-order as an Amazon exclusive. Apparently, a second version of Teenage Groot was revealed, but was pulled off the site, most likely to be sold at a later time.

Teenage Groot Funko Pop! figure will be released on July 7, 2017, but if you really want it, don’t wait until it’s out. Like the Baby Groot figures, they’ll likely sell out pretty fast.
