Harry Potter books in Glow-in-the-Dark cover designs!
Prepare yourself to one of the best news yet! Hungarian design student Kincső Nagy has created Glow in the Dark Harry Potter cover designs, which have been beautifully created. She tells BuzzFeed by email that when she designed the project, she created these abstract images “to help the reader to concentrate on their own vision.” How did Nagy do this? She explains that that the glowing book covers were made by using a white spray paint that contained, what is called phosphorescent grains, making it glow wit ha strong blue color. Not only did she create the outside, but also the inside of the books. Full of color stenciled work and precised details, she also added fold-out of the Forbidden Forest and an invisible trip to the library’s Restricted Section.
Kincső says that from regards to her future plans, she wants to continue doing the same thing to the next volume, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. To see more of her art work and illustrations, just click here.
