Meet adult Draco Malfoy and his son Scorpius in new character portraits!
There’s one person who’s especially thrilled about this character reveal: JK Rowling, who said “I love Draco and Scorpius – they actually look related!” And they really do look like father and son! Take a look.
Despite a more ambiguous ending for his character in the Harry Potter books, it looks like Draco (Alex Price) hasn’t softened up much in his adult years. In fact, he’s got a goatee and a ponytail to further accentuate the eeeeevil in his appearance.
His son, Scorpius (Anthony Boyle), looks a little softer and more guarded in his portrait, though we imagine he still has a few tricks up his sleeve passed down from dear old dad. Of the character’s disposition and looks, Rowling said “I’ve got a feeling Scorpius is going to do nothing to turn girls off the Malfoy men…”
Much like Albus Potter, Scorpius’ robes are devoid of any house colors, which makes the yellow stripe on Rose Granger-Weasley’s robes even more interesting!
