The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is getting a little cinematic in the new trailer for the upcoming mobile game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite!
The game trailer follows a young woman who ventures out with her phone/wand in hand after noticing an abundance of potentially dangerous magic in the muggle world. She meets up with two friends and fellow wizards who don’t seem too worried, but soon they’re surrounded by death Eaters. As she battles them, she encounters magical creatures, dementors, and even a very familiar wizard.
The trailer doesn’t reveal too much of the actual game play– you can find more details on that here— but it’s a lot of fun to watch.
Most importantly, the trailer reveals the app’s launch date in the US and UK: This Friday, June 21st.
