We still have a ways to go before we get to see the likes of Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Arya Stark, Cersei Lannister, and the rest of the amazing Game of Thrones cast, but you can get a glimpse of them in this HBO teaser.
The big cable network knows where its strength is, and it starts off with Game of Thrones, prompting fans not to forget that there’s still another season to go with the high fantasy epic series.
Of course, it doesn’t help that we may have already seen most of these GoT scenes already, save for one.
Yes, near the end of the teaser, we see Jon and Sansa reunited yet again, after Jon left Sansa in charge of Winterfell to seek Daenerys’ help with the White Walkers. This definitely reminds fans of all the questions that need to be answered upon his return, including what will happen between Jon and Daenerys after their lovemaking on the ship once they find out about Jon’s true parentage.
None of that is answered in this teaser.
But you can enjoy glimpses from HBO’s other returning shows, including True Detective, Big Little Lies, Veep, along with a handful of new shows.
Game of Thrones returns to HBO for its final season in 2019.
