Hellboy and Sons of Anarchy star Ron Perlman joins Fantastic Beasts
Although production has started on the Harry Potter prequel, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, there is apparently still time to add more cast members as it was recently revealed that Hellboy himself, star Ron Perlman, has joined the cast of the J.K. Rowling book-within-a-book based feature film.
No word on who he’ll be playing, but he’ll be joining Eddie Redmayne, who’ll be playing the lead role of magizoologist Newt Scamandar, as well as Colin Farrell (Graves), Samantha Morton (Mary Lou), Ezra Miller (Credence), Gemma Chan, and Jon Voight.
The adventures of writer Newt Scamander in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards seventy years before Harry Potter reads his book in school.
