Supergirl vs. Hercules!
The CW’s Supergirl has cast Hercules actor, Kevin Sorbo, in a recurring mysterious villainous character in Season 2. Not much is known about his role at this time, The news comes shortly after the news broke that Teri Hatcher will portray a Supergirl villain later this season.
In a statement regarding Sorbo’s casting, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg has said, “Since his days as Hercules, Kevin Sorbo has brought such a strong presence to the screen and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join us on Supergirl.”
Sorbo’s other credit besides Hercules include Andromeda, The O.C., Hawaii Five-0, and Psych.
