Fans will be spellbound by a fresh retelling of the original film, followed by the all-new sequel that continues the story with the next generation of Salem teens.
Shortly after moving from California to Salem, Massachusetts, Max Dennison finds himself in hot water when he accidentally releases a coven of witches, the Sanderson sisters, from the afterlife. Max, his sister, and his new friends (human and otherwise) must find a way to stop the witches from carrying out their evil plan and remaining on earth to torment Salem for all eternity.
Twenty-five years later, Max and Allison’s seventeen-year-old daughter, Poppy, finds herself face-to-face with the Sanderson sisters in all their sinister glory. When Halloween celebrations don’t quite go as planned, it’s a race against time as Poppy and her friends fight to save her family and all of Salem from the witches’ latest death-defying scheme.

I like the I Put a Spell on You part best.
Besides the I Put a Spell on You song, I always loved when Sarah gleefully shouts ‘a muck, a muck, a muck!’
I love the ending when Thackery explains to his sister about waiting for a virgin to light a candle.
I Put A Spell on You scene!!!
What isn’t there to love about Hocus Pocus? The movie so perfectly captures the feels and spirit of Halloween. If I had to choose a favorite part of the movie, I’d say it’s the scene of Max and Dani trick or treatings. The autumn leaves, the pop up skeleton, kids running ‘amuk’, and the most hilarious line, “for your information, he’s a little leaguer!!”
My favorite part is “I Put a Spell On You” and just about any scene with Sarah.
My favorite part of Hocus Pocus is when the sisters are getting off the bus and Sarah tells the bus driver “thou wouldst hate me in the morning”!
My absolute favorite part is when Sarah Sanderson sings “Come Little Children” 💜
My favorite part of the movie is when Billy tells Winifred off and you find out he’s a good guy!
