HUSH, HUSH Movie Adaptation Casts Liana Liberato, Wolfgang Novogratz

Meet the actors who will portray Nora and Patch in HUSH, HUSH!

The movie adaptation of Becca Fitzpatrick‘s bestselling YA novel Hush, Hush has found its leads.

Liana Liberato (If I StayTo The Bone) will star as Nora Grey, a teen whose typical high school existence is unexpectedly interrupted when she meets a mysterious bad boy named Patch Cipriano, who will be played by Wolfgang Novogratz (Sierra Burgess Is A Loser). It turns out Patch isn’t just a sexy, dramatic misfit– he’s a fallen angel in search of a human sacrifice in order to stay alive. In the process, he drags Nora into a deadly supernatural battle.

Fitzpatrick’s novel, the first in a four-book series, was released in 2009 and has sold over five million copies, according to Deadline. The author expressed her love on Twitter shortly after the announcement was released:

Kellie Cyrus will direct the film based on a script by Peter Hutchings.

The film does not have a release date quite yet.
