Marvel’s INHUMANS Movie Removed From Release Schedule.
The Inhumans movie has been officially removed from its Phase 3 release date. Originally, it was intended to close out Phase 3 after Avengers: Infinity War.
Speculation abounds about the reasons for its removal. It may have to do with them having a major role in the plot of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC. Perhaps the reasoning is that because there are already 3 unnamed marvel movies slated for 2020, Inhumans should be kept to the world of TV. With so many characters in the Marvel comic book universe, it can be expected that some characters will be only seen on TV or only in the movies.
However, another reason could be the frosty relations between the TV and movie realms of the Marvel universe. Supposedly Kevin Feige of the movie universe and Ike Perlmutter, who handles Marvel television, do not get along and perhaps the removal of the Inhumans movie is the final break.
