SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME adds comedian JB Smoove to the cast!
Actor and comedian JB Smoove has been added to the cast of the next Spider-Man franchise film, Spider-Man: Far From Home!
One could say Smoove had an extended audition of sorts for the role, as he starred in a series of commercials for Audi alongside Tom Holland as Peter Parker before the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming, in which Smoove plays a driving instructor testing a rather careless Peter. Here’s one example:

No word yet if he’ll be playing the same role in Far From Home or if he’ll be doing something completely different. There are rumors that he’ll be playing Jonah J. Jameson and we’d love to see that!
Spider-Man: Far From Home will follow Peter on adventures abroad, including London, to fight more devious baddies. It’s due to hit theaters on July 5, 2019.
