JK Rowling fans with new facts about Tina and Queenie!
After a grievous round of cheering for the ill-fated Scottish rugby team, JK Rowling thanked those who supported the team alongside her by releasing previously unknown details about Tina and Queenie from Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them!
The sisters– the eldest of which is actually named “Porpentina” but goes by a nickname for understandable reasons– are two witches Newt Scamander will meet in New York City, where they’re all swept up into an unexpected adventure.
Well, I think it's widely known that that characters of (Porpen)tina and Queenie are sisters, but not that their surname is Goldstein.

Fans were quick to connect the dots, so Rowling confirmed that the girls indeed have a connection to a Ravenclaw student in Dumbledore’s Army, Anthony Goldstein!

Tina and Queenie will be played by Katherine Waterson and Alison Sudol, respectively. The film will also star Eddie Redmayne is Newt Scamander, Dan Fogel is Jacob, Ezra Miller as Kredan, Colin Farrell as Graves, Faith Wood-Blagrove as Modesty, and Jenn Murray in an unknown “key” role.
