Filming has started for SIMON VS. THE HOMO SAPIENS AGENDA, with Jennifer Garner and Josh Duhamel on location!
Even though there still isn’t a release date set for the movie adaptation of Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, production has started for the movie. Jennifer Garner and, surprise, surprise, Josh Duhamel were seen filming on location in Atlanta, GA.
If we’re correct, this is the first time we’ve heard of Duhamel being involved in the movie, but we shouldn’t be too surprised about it as sometimes studios don’t make official announcements of all casting involved.
Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda is based on the YA novel of the same name by Becky Albertalli and centers on a gay young man named Simon Spier (Nick Robinson) who isn’t quite out to his classmates, but finds himself in a pickle when an email he writes to another young man falls into the wrong hands.
The movie also stars Logan Miller, Alexandra Shipp, Katherine Langford, Talitha Bateman, and Colton Haynes.
