Lana Condor, Noah Centineo Announce TO ALL THE BOYS I’VE LOVED BEFORE Sequel

Woah woah woah! Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky will be back soon!

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before star Lana Condor just shared the big news that fans have been waiting to hear via an adorable Instagram video: The stars are officially in for a sequel on Netflix!

The video shows Lana looks very Lara Jean-esque as she plans out her Christmas gifts for her friends, including series author Jenny Han and co-star Noah Centineo. Just then, she gets a video chat from Noah and together, the two work out a Christmas contract, complete with a few “woah woah woahs” and a big reveal: The stars are officially coming back for the sequel.

While the news wasn’t exactly a secret– Netflix and Paramount announced their plans to develop a sequel and director Susan Johnson discussed what that sequel might entail in late November— seeing the official word that the cast is all in is still causing lots of hype!

However, there’s one quick moment at the end of the video that’s tripping us up. Take a look below:

Do those final seconds mean that Jordan Burtchett, who had a mid-credits cameo as John Ambrose McClaren in the first movie, won’t be making a return? Certainly a call from him about the part wouldn’t be a surprise to Lana Condor. So is someone taking his place and if so, who?

We’ll find out as more news is released in the months to come!

For now, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is waiting for you on Netflix.
